Our lab offers several projects for Master students. If you are interested in performing your master project in our lab, write us an email (gabriella.pessi@botinst.uzh.ch) and visit our lab at the Irchel campus at the University of Zürich.

Possible Master projects currently available:

- Identification of nanoweapons used by different Paraburkholderia strains to kill other bacteria

- Bacterial competitiveness in the soil and for root infection: which traits do Rhizobia need?

- (De-)evolutionary jumps of bacterial symbiotic plasmids

- What are the signals required for morphological changes during bacterial-plant symbiosis?
